Craig Hunt has joined Sun Island Tours as Business Development Manager for Victoria and Tasmania, strengthening the wholesaler’s trade support across both states.
Mr Hunt brings more than 50 years of travel industry experience and will focus on supporting travel agents through agency visits, product training, educational resources and ongoing sales assistance.
“I was initially attracted to the extensive product range Sun Island Tours offers and then the depth of knowledge and professionalism the company is built on,” Mr Hunt said.
“I’m really looking forward to helping agents confidently sell these destinations.”
His portfolio will include Mediterranean cruising, small group touring and guaranteed coach touring, alongside products offered through sister brands Touropa and Cruise Smaller.
The appointment comes as Bianca French moves to spend more time within the reservations team. She will continue to maintain relationships with Victorian travel agents through more direct channels.
