Limited guaranteed places remain on a 2027 Anzac Day tour to Gallipoli, with travel advisors encouraged to secure bookings before the departure moves to a waitlist.
The ‘Anzac Day at Gallipoli’ itinerary with Mat McLachlan Battlefield Tours offers travellers the chance to visit key sites including Anzac Cove and former trench lines, while learning more about the events of the Gallipoli campaign.
Mat McLachlan said visiting the site continued to have a strong emotional impact on travellers.

“Standing on the beach at Anzac Cove, you look up at the steep cliffs and can begin to imagine what the Anzacs faced,” Mr McLachlan said.
For travellers unable to join the April departure, a five-day ‘Gallipoli Discovery’ tour is scheduled for September 2027, while private and custom group tours are available throughout the year.
Other Anzac Day 2027 options include a new history cruise through the Netherlands and Belgium aboard AmaWaterways, combining tulip season with an Anzac Day visit to First World War battlefields.
Western Front itineraries are also available, including a 10-day ‘Anzac Day on the Western Front’ tour and a four-day ‘Anzac Day in Ypres’ program.
